Help
Contact DDTech Solutions LLC at team@ddtechsolution.com. Include your phone model, its iOS or Android version, the Gold Below version, the floor, and what happened. Screenshots help if you choose to send them. Never send passwords or payment details.
Start a run
Choose a hero and tap Descend. Your first run teaches buying, equipping, merging and fighting as you go. Every enemy shows its next move; sort your gear, then ATTACK, GUARD or cast your hero’s skill.
Save and resume
Progress is stored locally. Use the pause menu’s Save and quit to title option before leaving a run. Keep enough free device storage. Reinstalling can erase your progress, so do not delete the app as a first troubleshooting step. There is no developer-operated cloud recovery service.
Sound and controls
Settings includes music and effects volume, battle speed, haptics, screen shake, and first-run lessons. Check your device volume and silent mode if you cannot hear the game.
Coming from HUSHFLOOR
Gold Below replaced HUSHFLOOR in version 2.0. It has its own heroes, runs and unlocks, and HUSHFLOOR progress doesn’t carry over.
One full-game unlock
Floors 1 to 10 and the Tallyman are free to replay. Gold Below Full Game is one permanent purchase. It unlocks floors 11 to 30, Mother Brine and Grimgilt, endless mode, Pip and Ilse, the Greed ladder, the Daily Descent and the Season Descent, and includes the Gilded, Amethyst and Frostsilver styles for the title, portrait ornaments and crest. The store shows the price before you buy.
Purchases and restoring
Open Full game on the title screen and choose Restore purchases, signed in to the Apple Account or Google Account you bought with. Restoring needs an internet connection, and it restores the purchase, not your runs: those stay on your phone. At the sealed stair after floor 10, buying or restoring lets you descend to floor 11 and keep the same run. Family Sharing works on iPhone. If you played before purchases existed, your phone keeps the full game; deleting the app can lose that, so keep a backup. Refunds go through the store: Apple’s Report a Problem or Google Play’s order history. If a purchase is waiting for approval, wait for the store to confirm before trying again.
